Well, it has been awhile since my last post. I have been busy concentrating on myself. As you may have read a few posts ago, I have been doing weight watchers. I am just entering my 8th week and I have lost 11lbs. My mom and I are doing it together slowly but surely. My goal is to lose about 1lb per week. I really want to be healthy, but most of all, I want to feel good about my body. I also started going to the gym every day. It’s hell and I hate it, but it’s necessary if I want to reach an appropriate weight. Actually, I am at the gym right now. I’m on the bike typing this out on my iPhone 🙂
Something that I’ve noticed is that it’s so hard to keep ahold of my cravings. I am so used to just giving into them whenever I want. But that’s probably one of the reasons I am overweight. I love fries haha. I have allowed myself to have treats every now and then and so I am not depriving myself.
Anyway, wish me luck on my weigh in at weight watchers tonight!
