So last night was my weigh in for Weight Watchers. I wasn’t anticipating it because the week before I had only lost 1.2lbs. I know that I should be happy with any loss at all, but I worked so hard and so I didn’t lose as much as I wanted. I blamed the bread sticks that I had at the Olive Garden the night before. Well as a result of my “small” loss, I didn’t have a great week. On top of that Mcdonalds, I bought a bag of chocolate hot cross buns (:yum: yum!) and ate three of them. So when I went to weigh in last night, my hopes were pretty low.
To my huge surprise, I was down 5.2lbs!!! I couldn’t believe it….especially after the week that I had. It just proves that if you do count every bad thing that you eat in your points and work out extra hard and drink lots of water, it really works! 5.2lbs is the most I have lost in a week the whole time I have been at weight watchers. It brings my total to 29lbs I just have to keep working hard and hopefully I will reach my goal one day Of course, I haven’t even set a goal weight yet…but it’s around 140lbs.
I am sorry if I talk about my weight too much. It’s just that WW is consuming so much of my life right now and I feel that if I talk about it, it makes it a little easier Thanks for listening to me ramble…
