Disappearing Friends

Have you ever had the horrible thought that one of your online friends may have passed away? I have been thinking the worst about one of my online friends. She is one of the first I ever met years and years ago. I have been trying for the past year and a half to contact her. She doesn’t answer any of her emails. She lost all of her fanlistings due to not updating them. And I know how hard she fought for some of those fanlistings. Her domain expired on her as well. I am seriously thinking that something must have happened to her. I really don’t know what to do. I may never know what happened…. Has anyone ever had this kind of thing happen to them? :blank:

On a happier note, we built a fence around our garage/parking pad last week. It only took a couple of days. It looks awesome. Once it gets “weathered” we can paint it! It will be red, of course. LOL. And starting tomorrow we can finally park on the pad. We had to wait a month to let the concrete set. It seems like it has been so much longer! I can’t wait. I know it’s a silly thing to be excited about, but still. Hopefully within 5 years we will be able to afford to build a garage!

I’ve never had that happen to me, but I would be worried as well 🙁 It seems like you’ve tried everything. I’m crossing my fingers that nothing has happened, that she just needed to get away from online projects or something.

It always makes me sad to find that people have disappeared from the internet! Let’s hope that life got in the way and she’s having a lot of fun!

I’ve never had that worry, but I do worry about losing touch with my nearest and dearest online friends. It’s so easy to just disappear online and I’d hate for something awful to happen to someone I care about and to have no way of checking to see if they were okay.
