Julie And Julia

I just finished watching Julie And Julia. It’s such a fantastic movie. It just makes me want to get into the kitchen to cook. I don’t think that I would ever have the ambition to cook every single recipe in one cookbook, but I love to try new things. In fact, I have been trying to make at least one new recipe a week. I think that I should start keeping track of which recipes I make and maybe write a little review about them. I love reading food blogs and they always have new and exciting things that I want to try!! Of course, most of them are not WW friendly, but I can adapt them to be healthier! There are many alternatives out there. So maybe recipe reviews will be a new feature in this blog!

Speaking of recipes, we had Turkey Burgers for supper and I have added the recipe to the visitor section.

Ooooh, that film is really good. =) I love Meryl Streep… and Amy Adams, actually!

I love cooking too, and found a passion for it in the summer holidays. But now I’m back at uni, I don’t have the time or energy so it’s back to the freezer food. =( Hopefully, when I qualify as a nurse and no longer have essays to write, I’ll get back into cooking. =) <3

Haha yeah my grandma had Julia Child’s French cooking book and the recipes are definitely not WW friendly. But I do recall several months ago they took some of her famous recipes and made them WW friendly in the WW magazine. Perhaps search for it via the eTools?
