Well meal planning went well last week. I stuck to it almost exactly! I’m quite proud of myself. So because of my success last week, I have made another meal plan for this week!
Wednesday: Chicken Tamale Casserole and salad
Thursday: Italian Sausage and Pepper Pasta
Friday: Working at night so I’ll bring salad to work
Saturday: Birthday party at Chop
Sunday: Portobello Burgers
Monday: Chicken (for me) and Beef (for Peter) Fajitas
Tuesday: WW weigh in so probably a cheat night after!
So I am trying a couple new recipes this week. And I am also trying to vary what we are eating. We often eat the same things over and over and it’s just getting so boring! NO MORE.
