Meal Plan Mondays – Week 1

I am trying out something new. I have really been meaning to complete meal plans each week, but I never tend to write them down and so I don’t stick to them. So I am going to try out “Meal Plan Mondays.” Although I am sure no one is interested in what we are going to eat for the week, I am still going to try to post each week. If the meal has a recipe associated with it, I will post a link to the recipe online. Hopefully this will help me stick to my “diet” and not let the food rot in my refrigerator LOL.

Monday – Chicken Fajitas with homemade guacamole and pico de gallo
TuesdayMarinated Portobello Salads
Wednesday – Shrimp and Sesame Noodles with Peanut dressing
ThursdayValveeta Cheesy Skillet Nacho Supreme
Friday – BBQ with beef, potatoes and veggie skewers
Saturday – Sushi
Sunday – Chicken burgers and salad

    Meal planning is great, I can tell you that from experience. I was doing it for so long, then one week didn’t and since then haven’t done it.

    You will save money as well, since you know what you are having and know what you need right away.
