Well it’s time for week 2 of meal plan Mondays. Last week I deviated from my meal plan for about half of the week. It wasn’t because I didn’t feel like making what I had planned, it was because things came up and either I wasn’t at home for dinner or I didn’t have time to make it. A couple of the meals I ended up having for lunch so most of the groceries got eaten up in the end.
Monday – Beef and vegetable skewers
Tuesday – Valveeta Cheesy Skillet Nacho Supreme with turkey
Wednesday – Shrimp salads
Thursday – Pulled pork with asian coleslaw
Friday – Salad with chicken at work
Saturday – BBQ at friend’s house
Sunday – Subway
Hopefully this week goes a little better to stay on track than last week.
