Week 4 of meal planning did not go according to plan. Monday and Tuesday were good, but the rest of the week kind of flopped. A couple nights I found out Peter wasn’t going to be home for supper and so I didn’t want to cook just for myself. Another night I went out with a friend and then another night was even worse as we gave into my craving for McDonalds. Ugh. Oh well. Week 5 is some of the same and some new as well.
Monday – Chicken fajitas
Tuesday – Pasta Tuesday at Boston Pizza
Wednesday – Chicken caesar salads
Thursday – Janet & Greta’s Sticky Chicky
Friday – I work at night, so salad or something I bring
Saturday – It’s our 4th wedding anniversary so we might go out, or I might make Broccoli quiche. We are undecided at this moment.
Sunday – Cabbage Rolls
