I totally messed up last week’s meal plan. Not only did we not follow it completely, I messed up and forgot that we were having Thanksgiving dinner on the Sunday. DUH! How could I forget?! Anyway, the meal plan was kind of thrown out the window last week. I didn’t feel like most of the food that I had planned and so there was a lot of take out last week. Ugh, the weigh in results at Weight Watchers will not be good tomorrow.
This week I am going to try and make only things that I have in the fridge or freezer. Plus, I have some recipes from last week that I still want to make.
Monday – Baked Portobello Parmesan
Tuesday – Cheat night at McDonalds
Wednesday – Homemade Pizza or 44th Street Ribs (can’t decide!!)
Thursday – Blackened Chicken
Friday – Dinner at a friend’s house
Saturday – 44th Street Beef Pot Roast
Sunday – Cabbage Rolls
