Last week’s meal plan went really bad. I just didn’t feel like cooking on 3 out of the 4 days we were supposed to have a home cooked meal. The day that we did eat in it was because I had put the slow cooker on so I didn’t have an excuse not to cook when I got home from work. Ugh. I’ve been in a real funk lately and it’s so silly.
Here is another week’s menu. Let’s hope some of it actually gets made.
Monday – Cheat night
Tuesday – Cabbage Rolls
Wednesday – Hot Dogs
Thursday – Pot Roast and baked rice
Friday – Evening shift at work so salad for me.
Saturday – Meatballs and pasta.
Sunday – Adobo Chicken
