Last week’s meal plan went okay. There were a few hiccups along the road and one terrible dinner, but it is the start of a new week. I will be working two evening shifts this week (GRRR!) and we will be going out a couple times this week as we are meeting with friends. Therefore, this week’s meal plan does not have much to it. I think I will only be cooking two nights. Ugh. Oh well.
Monday – Weighing in at WW, so it’s cheat night at Mcdonalds or the like.
Tuesday – Salad at work
Wednesday – Tomato shrimp pasta (carried over from last week)
Thursday – Mom and I are going out to a play, so we’ll grab Vietnamese food beforehand.
Friday – Salad at work
Saturday – All You Can Eat Sushi
Sunday – Red Pepper soup with Spaghetti squash
