I completely blanked yesterday and forgot about posting my meal plan for the week. Part of the reason is that I just haven’t been in the mood to get into the kitchen lately. I haven’t felt like cooking and we’ve been eating out way too much. It seems I have put my weight loss on the back burner, again. Ugh. As we have Christmas parties and other things, here is a “guesstimate” at our meals for the week.
Monday – Christmas shopping, so food court at the mall
Tuesday – Sushi Crave
Wednesday – Ginger beef stir fry
Thursday – Santa Fe Chicken
Friday – Balsamic Dijon chicken and mushrooms
Saturday – Peter’s company Christmas party
Sunday – Dinner at a friend’s house
