Tomorrow is the day that I will make a change. For months and months I have felt like crap. I have been eating like crap and have not been exercising. I am witnessing the numbers on the scale constantly increase. I have been looking at all the pictures from Florida and am actually disgusted by how much weight I have gained. No more fooling around. It is time to get serious! I know I have said this over and over, but there is always a new day. Tomorrow is that day.
My friend and I are going to do this together. We are going to start together with baby steps. So starting tomorrow we are going to “track” what we eat with each other. We will be texting each other before we take a bite of anything. After a week of tracking together, we will sit down and reassess if it is helping or hindering. Either way, we will add a few more baby steps to our journey. We can do this. Two minds are always better than one.
I worked so hard to achieve this and I am looking forward to the day I can admit I did it again!
