Caesar Salad Dressing
This is a homemade caesar dressing. It’s not as creamy as the store bought versions, but also a little more healthy.
This recipe makes 12 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise/miracle whip
- 1/4 tsp prepared/dry mustard
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/8 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tsp anchovy paste
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pepper to taste
- Tabasco to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Puree until smooth.
- Toss over salad and enjoy immediately.
