NaBloPoMo: Day 19 – Florida Vacation: Day 6

Today was a shopping day. We went to two different malls and looked around. We didn’t end up buying very much as we don’t have a lot of room in our suitcases. I got a Mickey mouse outfit and some earrings and Peter bought a dragon zippo lighter. He wanted to buy a dragon pen as well, but it was covered in glitter, which kept coming off in our hands. It wasn’t worth $3 that they were asking for. Plus we finished up everything for gifts. We also went to walmart, target and some grocery stores. There were so many food items that I wanted to buy. Unfortunately, we just don’t have room in our suitcases for them. One item I desperately want to buy, no matter what, are buffalo chicken rice packs, but I haven’t been able to find them at the grocery stores. I forgot to look in Walmart, so we’ll have to stop by there some time before we leave. I sure hope I find them.

Medieval Times

We went to Medieval Times tonight for a dinner and show. This was really the only thing that Peter was actually excited about on this vacation. He had great expectations and the show definitely lived up to them. We had an awesome time. The show was so Entertaining. At some points, it was even nail biting. We were served a huge meal, but honestly, I didn’t find it overly filling. We didn’t eat very much today so it was perfect to have that big meal. There were 6 knights and the arena was divided up into 6 teams. Our knight did not win, but he came in 3rd. It was fun cheering for our knight and booing the others lol. I think I’ve almost lost my voice from screaming! I would definitely go to this kind of show again.
