Meal Plan Mondays

Well this is the first MPM of 2013. I am happy to be doing this again. I have missed it for most of November and December because of various circumstances. I am hoping that I will save some time and money by creating these meal plans at the beginning of each week. I also hope it helps me keep on track with weight watchers. Sounding like a broken record, I just want to get back to my goal weight.

Monday – Cajun chicken, salad and rice
Tuesday – Pasta Tuesday at Boston Pizza
WednesdayAdobo Chicken and quinoa risotto
Thursday – Cabbage Rolls
FridayPepperoncini Beef
Saturday – Shrimp stir fry
SundayBBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches with Asian Coleslaw

    This is an awesome idea! I track my meals but I have a hard time planning out my meals in advance any longer than a day or two. I should try something like this!!
