Oyster Chicken Wings
I did not "invent" this recipe, nor do I claim ownership of it. I am merely trying to spread some delicious recipe goodness! Enjoy.

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, oyster sauce, garlic and ginger.
  2. Break egg in another bowl and whip it.
  3. Add whipped egg to bowl with chicken.
  4. Marinate for at least 24 hours.
  5. When ready to cook, heat oil in a pot (or deep fryer) but don't boil it.
  6. Put flour in a brown paper bag.
  7. Two or three at a time, shake wings in brown flour bag until coated.
  8. Carefully put wings (6-9 at a time) in the hot oil and cook until golden brown (about 7-10 minutes).
  9. Let cool slightly before eating.
