 WTF A Host! - Well I'll be. Just from adding my URL to all the fanlistings I've joined, I've been offered to be officially hosted. No more Freewebs for me, although it's been fun. They were better than Geocities anyway.
So my new host is Just-Like-Magic.org, run by the awesome Carolynne. I do admit, I was surprised at being found after being published for only a week or two. But! Many good things have come with a real host! My scripts all work now, for example. Comments can be left on the tagboard again. And the two major changes? I use FTP now, which makes uploading files infinately easier, and the entire site's been convereted to PHP. Expect layout changes more often now. :D
I've updated other things here and there, as well, such as the little buttons in the lower right, and some new favorite flashes, and my photography in the art section. I love that it's all in PHP now. *is happy* But anyway. Commence your poking around! ^^

Finished! - After years of procrastinating and who knows how many hours of tweaking, Crystal-Stardust is live and published! There are various scripts that don't work - the tag board, the countdown, and the drop down menus in my stories, for example. But everything else works perfectly fine and is accessible at any time.
I'm excited about this. I'm not gonna lie. ^^ But I'll leave you to your browsing now, and use my guestbook instead of the tag board to leave me notes. That's an order. :D Have fun! |
Additions - So I spiffified the About Me section to make it look prettier. I also took out the tutorials, since I never got to writing those. I added top 10 lists instead. Fanlistings are updated, inspirational links and game progress pages are done, and I figured out a way to publish everything on a free host. Things couldn't get better! C-S may actually finally be fully live!! ^^

Website - Sooo. It definately has been almost a year since I last wrote an update. That's almost sad. But hey, I dunno if anyone even noticed, I'm having problems uploading everything to the web. But anyway. I changed the layout and everything, this one features a picture I actually took myself. I like it. And now, here's a list of stuff I still need to do to finish C-S:
- Rewrite Lost Goddesses and update Kopie Liebe somehow
- Take pictures of my actual artwork
- Make some tutorials
- And make some layouts
- Add the inspirational links
- Write in my game progress, with screenshots
That's all I believe. Not a very long list, but it'll take its sweet time becoming complete, I assure you. It will be finished one day, but I've been saying that since Day 1. *shrug* Keep your eyes peeled for updates, maybe I'll be able to afford my own domain soon. Here's hoping. |
Website - The new layout and color scheme can now be seen on every single page. The pages that still need to be completed are as follows: Wallpaper, My Artwork, PSP Tutorials and HTML Tutorials. My stories also need to be rewritten (they're old), I need to learn how to doll again, I should make a layout or two, I need to find a new popup script, and the mouseover for my dolls needs to be changed. That's about it on my list to do, I think.
It all will get done eventually. Even though it's summer now, I still have so much to do in real life that it may take a while. Please be patient, it won't take forever. Thankee much. |
Layout - Nothing much to update on as of right now; I know I haven't done a thing in four months, but here I am updating everything slowly but surely. I have a life now, and a lot of other interests, which may get in the way of the updating speed. But, it will get done, fear not.
Also made a new layout, obviously. It's much brighter than version 1.6 was. Plus it involves a screenshot from World of Warcraft, one of my most favorite games ever. Hope it isn't too pink for your taste. |
Layout - Tweaked the side links a bit; took some out, added some in. It's been nearly a month since I updated, so I'm going to be going around and refreshing everything. It may be a little bit before everything's fully updated again.

My apologies to everybody. It has indeed been over a month, closer to two in fact, since I updated properly last. So here I am, at the end of November, going through everything.
This website is not dead, I'm sorry if I made it seem as though it was. |
